Nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy

- Apr 01, 2018 -

The nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy refers to a soft magnetic alloy material having an ultra-fine grain size (~10 nm) after the amorphous alloy is subjected to an appropriate crystallization annealing treatment. The distinctive features of these new metal functional materials are: short manufacturing process, one-step molding, energy saving; and by adjusting the alloy composition, it can make the magnetostriction close to zero, and has a more excellent soft magnetic properties. The outstanding advantages are the high saturation magnetic induction (Bs) of the iron-based amorphous alloy and the high magnetic permeability and low loss of the cobalt-based amorphous alloy, which can well meet the high-frequency and low-loss performance requirements and at a low cost.
